Hey everyone,
First time poster over here. Hoping to get some help as fantasy hockey isn't my strongest thing, but am hoping to get into it more this upcoming season as I don't have school to compete with! Anyways. I am in a 12 team, 8 keeper, rotisserie scoring fantasy league. I don't think Halak is an elite goalie, but he is in a good position and will put up decent fantasy points (W, SV%, GAA, SO and Saves). I have been battering back and forth and have a potential deal of:
I trade
Halak
5th rd pick

I receive:
Craig Anderson
Jimmy Howard
Matt Duchene

I would be keeping those three players and five of: Toews, Luongo, Ramo, Daniel Sedin, Scott Hartnell, Ondrej Palat, Kyle Turris or Ryan Kesler.
I think if I did get this I could be setting myself up nicely for keepers for the next few years - in terms of forwards. I would just need to snag a goalie via the waiver wire or draft/see what happens as we get closer to the season.
